Shoaib Ibrahim and his family are currently going through a difficult phase as both his father and wife, Dipika Kakar , are dealing with health issues. While his father has been hospitalised for the past few weeks after suffering a brain stroke, Dipika has recently begun her immunotherapy treatment. To avoid travelling, Shoaib has rented a flat near his father's hospital.



Amidst this stressful situation at home, Shoaib decided to celebrate his 39th birthday in a quite way. In his latest vlog, Shoaib informed fans that he had strictly asked family to avoid any surprise birthday celebration. In the video, Shoaib's staff and his father wished him. The Ajooni actor expressed gratitude as his father is doing well and has shown improvement.



Later, wife Dipika and son Ruhaan arrived at the hospital to meet him. Shoaib went downstairs to meet him and both Dipika and wished him. Later, Ruhaan asked his father to close his eyes and surprised him with a homemade cake which he made with Dipika.



They decided to go to the rented flat where a surprise was waiting for him. After Shoaib reached home, his siter Saba, her husband, the actor's niece and nephew arrived to wish him.



The entire family got together to cut the homemade cake. Shoaib's sister presented him a card which she made with her toddler Haider. Shoaib sat with his family chatted with them and thanked them for a quite yet beautiful birthday celebrations. In the video, Shoaib informed fans that due to his father's health, he was staying at the rented flat, but he plans to go home for a day as it is his son's birthday. He said, "Tomorrow night I will definitely go home because it’s Ruhaan’s birthday and I want to celebrate it with him. He’s still a little child. Whatever small things we do for him mean a lot to him.” He also added that he will be buying a toy car that Ruhaan had been asking for.



Recently, Shoaib dismissed all the fake rumours surrounding his father's health.



“Now, I am feeling much more relieved. The doctors are talking positively, and all of his vital signs are stable and running correctly. There are slight fluctuations in his sodium levels, but that will be managed,” he said.



He added, "Some people make up all kinds of stories. I often receive phone calls from people saying, ‘We heard this’ or ‘We heard that.’ It doesn’t feel nice because some people become very insensitive."



On the professional front, Shoaib Ibrahim is currently busy editing an upcoming music video that he has directed and also features in.
