Sarika Kapoor, a representative of the Bharmaur Panchayat Committee, has reached out to the President of the Himachal Pradesh School Education Board to express her concerns regarding the severe lack of teachers and inadequate facilities in the government schools within the Bharmaur subdivision. She has requested that the Board allocate a sufficient budget to enhance maintenance and infrastructure.

In her appeal, Kapoor emphasized that students in this tribal and remote region already encounter numerous obstacles. The ongoing vacancies in critical teaching positions across various schools are significantly undermining the educational quality.

Additionally, she highlighted that many schools are devoid of necessary infrastructure. Numerous classrooms lack sufficient desks and benches for students. Problems such as the need for classroom repairs, maintenance of restrooms, provision of drinking water, electricity supply, and overall campus cleanliness remain unaddressed due to a lack of resources. The shortage of funds for building maintenance and minor repairs has exacerbated these issues.

Kapoor has urged that all vacant teaching positions in Bharmaur schools be filled promptly, adequate desks and benches be supplied, and a dedicated budget be allocated for the upkeep of school buildings, restrooms, drinking water, and electricity facilities.

With optimism, she expressed her belief that the Education Board would take the necessary steps to ensure quality education and a brighter future for Bharmaur's students by tackling these urgent issues.
