Ingredients for making semolina cutlets



  • 1 cup semolina

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1 finely chopped onion

  • 1 finely chopped green chilli

  • 1/2 cup grated carrot

  • 2 teaspoons of coriander

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp red chillies

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Oil for frying


Recipe for making cutlets


First, heat some oil in a pan and fry onion, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste in it. Then add carrot and semolina and fry lightly. When the mixture cools down, add the boiled potatoes, spices, salt and coriander. Now make small cutlets of this mixture and mix it in breadcrumbs.
