Desk. Ranveer Singh’s upcoming film ‘Dhurandhar 2’ has a paid preview in many theaters today. Paid premiere shows in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have been canceled just hours before the scheduled time. Instead of shows in these regional languages, the original Hindi version of the film will now be shown. The reason for the show being canceled at the last moment was the non-availability of the Tamil and Telugu versions of the film.

The paid preview shows of the film were scheduled to start from 5:30 pm on Wednesday, but the cinema chain said that the Tamil paid preview shows had to be canceled due to non-availability of the Tamil version. He further said that in place of these shows, Hindi paid preview shows will now be shown. Also, he apologized for the inconvenience and said that the process of giving refunds to those who had purchased tickets has now been started.

According to reports, the reason for this delay is the obstruction in delivering content to theatres. In fact, the Hindi version of ‘Dhurandhar 2’ has reached theaters across the country soon. Meanwhile, the subtitle package is also expected to arrive soon. There is also news that the makers had sent the Hindi version of the film to the theaters, but the dubbing work of the Tamil and Telugu versions has not been completed yet. This delay in post-production ultimately made it impossible to show the film in regional languages. Due to this the premiere had to be cancelled.
