Bake Bihari Temple of Mathura is the most special among the major temples of Lord Krishna. It is believed that Lord Krishna, who was happy with the penance of Swami Haridas, appeared in the form of Banke Bihari. There is no Mangala Aarti of Lord Krishna throughout the year, only on Janmashtami. There is a belief behind this that even today Lord Krishna creates rasa with Radha Rani and Gopis at night.
