Paneer Thecha Recipe: Paneer Thecha is a spicy and flavourful Maharashtrian dish that combines the richness of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) with the pungent flavours of green chillies, garlic and crushed peanuts. Traditionally, thecha is a dry chutney made by grinding chillies and garlic, often served as a spicy side dish with bhakri or roti. In this unique twist, paneer is added to make it more nutritious and filling, making it a great side dish or a quick meal. It is easy to make, rich in protein and full of flavour, making it a perfect choice for spice lovers looking for something different.
