Saturday nights just got a whole lot more exciting with an added football fix. Disney+ has signed a new three-year agreement meaning customers can now enjoy Saturday night LALIGA action live as part of their subscription.

Having started on August 16, the new deal means Disney+ customers in the UK and Ireland can now tune into live Spanish football on Saturday nights. Customers will be pleased to know that LALIGA games have been added to all UK plans included with the usual tariffs.

For Premium and Standard plans, there is a 'Get 12 months for the price of 10' offer on currently too. Paying for a year up front on the Premium plan costs £129.90, while those choosing to pay monthly at £12.99 will end up paying £155.88.

An annual Standard plan costs £89.90, with the monthly option coming in at £8.99 and a total cost £107.88. Customers can also get the Standard with Ads tariff for £4.99 per month, but this is not part of the 12-month special offer.

With a line-up featuring clubs like Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Atlético de Madrid, there will be no shortage of action. Additionally, fans of England Internationals like Marcus Rashford and Jude Bellingham and French hero Kylian Mbappe can get an eyeful of the stars on the pitch.

Disney+ announced the news earlier in August, also saying the commentary team would feature Real Madrid and Liverpool legend Steve McManaman leading the team, alongside former Arsenal and West Ham midfielder Stewart Robson. While broadcasters Ian Darke and Rob Palmer will alternate play-by-play duties throughout the season.

Karl Holmes, General Manager for Disney+ EMEA, said: "At Disney, we celebrate storytelling that moves and excites. From the cinematic scale of FX's "Alien: Earth" to the sharp wit of "Only Murders in the Building" and the action-packed suspense of Lucasfilm's "Andor", our customers know they're in for something special.

"Now, with LALIGA joining the line-up, they can experience that same excitement on the pitch with weekly matches featuring legendary clubs like Real Madrid and Barcelona and stars like Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander-Arnold as part of their Disney+ subscription."

If sporting fans want to get their fix elsewhere, Sky has a few offers, including a TV and Sky Sports package with nine dedicated sports channels, including Premier League, F1 and more, which also includes Sky Sports+ from £20 a month. There are plenty of other choices for streaming, like Netflix, which has plans starting from £5.99 a month (Standard with adverts) to a Premium subscription of £18.99 a month or is free with Sky.

On Trustpilot, one Disney+ customer said: "I experienced a TV login issue that meant I couldn't access the service for several months. Because of this I was unsure if I had an active subscription or not. Fortunately I was able to speak with online customer service who dealt with my issue courteously and to the highest standard possible. Thank you Disney Plus for an excellent service all round."

Another subscriber said: "Absolutely great. Best TV platform that caters to dyslexia, eye sight accessibility with the many subtitle setting being someone who experiences bad hearing loss and I'm dyslexic and find it easier to see pink text I can finally watch TV with less struggle worth every penny of my subscription never seen anything like this elsewhere."

A third person said: "Very good selection, friendly support and easy to cancel if you need to. Very easy to navigate their site and the openess and transparency they show should be a model for others."

One customer shared their experience further saying: "I got a three month free subscription which I happily enjoy the shows and selection of movies. However, I was charged on the third month which I'm not supposed to. I reached out via chat on website and the staff couldn't be more helpful. She fixed everything right and refund me the balance which come through the following day."

While another review said: "We have a free 12 month subscription from our bank. This is a brilliant perk, even though I'm not a huge TV fan. It's good to have the option to dip in and watch films or shows. There's occasional bugs in the app but going out of the app and back in again usually works."

The Disney+ LALIGA offer is now available.
