AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme 2025: AICTE has announced Scholarship Scheme 2025 for PG students. Under this, financial assistance will be given to eligible students. AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme 2025: All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has released information related to PG Scholarship Scheme 2025. This scholarship will benefit those students who have qualified GATE/CEED/GPAT and are pursuing full-time postgraduate courses like ME/MTech/MDesign in AICTE-approved institutes. The application process will start from September 1 and students will be able to apply online till the last date prescribed.

Dates for AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme 2025

Date: 31 August 2025

Start of online application and creation of student ID: 1 September 2025

Last date for creation of student ID by the institute: 10 December 2025

Last date for online application: 15 December 2025

Last date for verification of application by the institute: 31 December 2025.

About Scholarship (AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme 2025)

This scholarship scheme of AICTE is for GATE/CEED/GPAT qualified students. In this, eligible candidates will be given financial assistance of Rs 12,400 per month. This amount will be transferred directly to the students' bank account from the PFMS portal through Aadhaar Bridge Payment System (ABPS).

Documents for AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme 2025

Students have to upload these scanned copies during application:

GATE/CEED/GPAT score card

Active savings bank account linked to Aadhaar (Jan Dhan or joint accounts will not be valid)

Original Aadhaar card

Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS – not older than one year)

How to apply for AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme 2025?

First of all, students should get a unique ID from their institute.

Login to the official website pgscholarship.aicte.gov.in.

Upload all the required documents in JPG/JPEG/PDF format.

Candidates should submit the application within the stipulated time limit.
