Ingredients
Rice – 1 cup
Mushrooms – 250 grams
Garlic – 3 (finely chopped)
Beans – 5 (finely chopped)
Oil – 3 teaspoons
Salt – according to taste
Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Crushed black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Onion – half cup (finely chopped)
Green onion – 4 teaspoons (finely chopped)
Capsicum – half cup (finely chopped)
Soya sauce – 2 teaspoons
Carrot – 1 (finely chopped)
Recipe
- To make mushroom rice, first cut the rice and mushrooms. After this, add water to a pan and add salt.
- After this, add rice and boil it for 10 to 20 minutes. After this, add oil to the pan and add mushrooms to it.
- Then fry it well. Keep in mind not to fry the mushrooms too much. After this, take out the mushrooms and keep them aside.
- After this, put oil in a pan and add green onion, garlic, and fry for a minute. Now add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum.
- After this, add mushrooms and salt. Then add soy sauce and vinegar and mix well.
- Now add rice and black pepper to it. Then mix well. Mushroom fried rice is ready.
